Additional Fees
In addition to our standard or personalized fee structure we will charge the following when and where appropriate:
- TDS registration: £52 + VAT
- Void Management: £0
- Allowing contractors/HMO councilSurveyor access: £160 + VAT
- Supervision of works: 10% + VAT
- Yearly income report: £50 + VAT
- Court attendance: £80 + VAT P/H
- Inventory costs (in & out): £100 – £300+ VAT per inventory size dependent
- Obtaining HMO license: Price on application
- Administration fee:£125 +VAT (per tenant)
- Section 13 Notice: Price based on each individual case
